Howdy folks.

I have recently published a new sub site at http://www.tekniskaverken.se where I will share code that servers to be shared and blog about web related topics. De reasons behind the site are many but the more important ones are expressed at the site (see the link Why Fishnet below).

The site is heavily Roxen centered, since Roxen CMS is what we use at Tekniska Verken, but the blog part is pretty general so if you find it interesting feel free to read and if you find any of the code useful feel free to use it.

If you have any feedback on the site both content and layout wise feel free to share it - I would appreciate it.

The site is located at: http://www.tekniskaverken.se/fishnet/

Nice!

As usual you deliver with style and finesse. Great idea!

One note regarding the layout is that Safari renders pictures using a different color interpreter than the one used for CSS rules (please correct me if I have the technical nitty-gritties wrong here). This causes the background of the logo image on top come out in another nuance than the surrounding grays.

Sollution: Use transparent PNGs or GIFs.

Rock on!

Thank you Martin, you are very kind :)

I know the color matching isn't perfect in Safari (I have a Mac my self at home). I do use PNG-24 images both for the "logo" and the top navigation (which on Mac/Safari doesn't color match with the stripe below the top navigation). I will try to sort out these issues, but now I have to do some "real" work for a while ;)
(I'm taking on a Lobby session right now.)

Ah Lobbyist! Maybe I should take a studiebesök to TV and look at the progress there, and the regulation of Loche Roxen  :)

Thank you Matt! I will try to write some blog posts every now and then. The next one in the pipeline is how to use SOAP with Roxen.
